WHY THESE INSTEAD OF SOME OF THE CHEAPER ONES YOU MIGHT FIND?
#1: These are not made in China. Do you want a shoe that is either so soft that it wears out in a few hundred miles or so hard that is squeaks constantly and wears the drum out before showing any signs of wear on them? You don't know what you will get with theirs. These are made in Europe and meet OEM Specs. Kevlar used, NO ASBESTOS.
#2: These do not ship from China or Hong Kong, they ship from South Carolina. That means you will have them in a few days instead of a month. Does the other guy say what state they are shipping from or does it say something cryptic like "ITEM LOCATION: BRAKE CITY USA!". If it does, there is a good chance they are not in the USA. Why can't a seller tell you where they are located? Seems to be an odd way to utilize the function of Item Location!
Certainly they can ship them to you cheaply from China I find it so odd that our post office here in the USA is basically bankrupt and can't pay it's pension obligations yet they decide to offer subsidized rates for shipping from China and Hong Kong. I can hear them meeting about this now: "We will lose money on each shipment, but make it up on volume!"...Brilliant move!) But enough of my political harping....you came here to buy brakes!
